Role Highlights

Job Title: Residential Therapeutic Care Worker

Location: Nottingham

Hours: 40 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays, working on a 2 week rolling rota

The Home: Beautiful 4 bedroom home with 2 new children

The Role

As our new Residential Therapeutic Care Worker, you will:

  • Ensure the safety, security and most importantly, the well‑being of our children is maintained at all times
  • Provide a level of care as a parent would; help with bedtime routine and early morning fun and games
  • Support the day‑time team to help keep the house clean, cosy, and running smoothly
  • Get to know the kids – what they like, what they need, and how to support them
  • Follow our therapeutic model to help them stay calm and feel safe during dysregulated moments
  • Keep clear, up‑to‑date records
  • Be a team player creating a great working environment within the home
  • Prioritise your continual development and be open to learning new things
