YMCA Robin Hood Group is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of Housing Duty Workers across our Mansfield and Ashfield accommodation buildings. Your role will involve ensuring operational standards are met, staff feel supported and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support your team with operational challenges.
- Arrange cover for absences.
- Conduct 1-2-1s and annual appraisals.
- Act as an escalation point for queries.
- Facilitate activities and events for residents.
- Ensure compliance with processes.
- Oversee training and development.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
This is the perfect role for anyone who enjoys variety, loves being busy and thrives off never being able to predict exactly what will happen that day! You will work 11am - 11pm every Saturday and Sunday, 23 hours per week. You will need a car and UK driving license to be able to do this job as you will travel between these 2 locations frequently.
As an experienced Team Leader or Supervisor, you will excel in managing a team and find motivation in their success. Your excellent communication skills will ensure clarity in expectations, and your commitment to continuous improvement will inspire your team.
