The Home: Beautiful 4 bedroom home with 1 established child.

The Role: As our new Children’s Residential Team Leader, you will:

  • Be a key support for the Home Management to achieve and maintain an OFSTED rating of good or outstanding.
  • Ensure the safety, security and most importantly, the well-being of our children is maintained.
  • Provide calm, reassuring care.
  • Support and manage the day-time team to help keep the house clean, cosy, and running smoothly.
  • Get to know the kids – what they like, what they need, and how to support them.
  • Follow our therapeutic model to help them stay calm and feel safe during dysregulated moments.
  • Keep clear, up-to-date records.
  • Be a team player creating a great working environment within the home.
  • Prioritise your continual development and be open to learning new things.
