About the Role
As our Membership Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in bringing our children’s, youth and family programmes to life. You’ll be the friendly face families meet, the organiser behind the scenes, and the person who helps make every session and party run smoothly. You’ll support activities across Y-Kids, Youth Memberships, Birthday Parties, Nursery sport sessions, and even help young people transition into Camp Williams. It’s a busy, varied and rewarding role, perfect for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing bookings, enquiries and family communications
- Coordinating sessions, staff rotas and activity schedules
- Supporting members with onboarding, renewals and show-rounds
- Ensuring high-quality, fun, age-appropriate activities
- Leading the organisation of birthday parties and events
- Supporting nursery activity sessions and lunchtime cover
- Keeping accurate safeguarding and attendance records
- Helping us improve, grow and strengthen family engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and admin skills
- Experience coordinating activities, programmes, or events
- Excellent communication and rapport with families
- Confidence using booking systems and spreadsheets
- Ability to stay calm, positive and professional when things get busy
- Understanding of safeguarding and safe practice
- A background in youth work, childcare, or sports delivery is desirable!

Hours: 37.5
