YMCA Robin Hood Group is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of Housing Duty Workers across our Mansfield and Ashfield accommodation buildings. Your role will involve ensuring operational standards are met, staff feel supported and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Support your team with operational challenges.
- Arrange cover for absences.
- Conduct 1-2-1s and annual appraisals.
- Act as an escalation point for queries.
- Facilitate activities and events for residents.
- Ensure compliance with processes.
- Oversee training and development.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
You will work 11am – 11pm every Saturday and Sunday (23 hours per week). A car and UK driving licence are required to travel between the two locations.
