The Malt Cross in Nottingham is offering a two-year Kitchen Apprentice apprenticeship with YMCA Robin Hood Group. The role provides hands-on kitchen training, shifts of 30 hours per week, and a structured programme to learn food prep, dish and menu development, and basic kitchen operations.
Starting at £8 per hour in year one with increases in year two to align with age-related minimum wage, the program also includes college study and progression opportunities within our not-for-profit venues.
