YMCA Robin Hood Group is seeking a Swim Coordinator for its Camp Williams school holiday club. You will support and supervise Swim Support staff, run poolside sessions with safeguarding at the forefront, and ensure safety and proper staffing for each session during the school holidays.
Based at The Becket School with short coach trips to The Portland Centre, you will test swimmers, allocate groups, assign wristbands, and assist rota coverage in collaboration with the Camp Coordinator.
