The Home: Beautiful 4 bedroom home with 1 established child.
The Role:
- Be a key support for the Home Management to achieve and maintain an OFSTED rating of good or outstanding.
- Ensure the safety, security and most importantly, the well‑being of our children is maintained.
- Support and manage the day‑time team to help keep the house clean, cosy, and running smoothly.
- Get to know the kids – what they like, what they need, and how to support them.
- Follow our therapeutic model to help them stay calm and feel safe during dysregulated moments.
- Keep clear, up‑to‑date records.
- Be a team player creating a great working environment within the home.
- Prioritise your continual development and be open to learning new things.
