YMCA England & Wales in Burnley is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy charity shop, deputising for the Store Manager and driving income through merchandising, stock rotation and excellent customer service.
You will work alongside staff and volunteers, represent YMCA in the local community and help deliver positive outcomes for young people. The role offers real autonomy under the Store Manager and Area Manager.
Salary is £24,901.50 per year, with 37.5 hours weekly.
