The YMCA of South Florida is hiring a Lifeguard responsible for maintaining the highest safety and swimming conditions for all patrons in the pool, on the deck and surrounding areas.
You will prevent accidents, respond quickly to emergencies, and build positive relationships with members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Essential duties include testing water chemistry, following YMCA Lifeguard Manual guidelines, and assisting in scheduling and communication with members.
