Rate of pay: $15.00 – $19.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, execution and implementation of programs activities and initiatives in assigned focus area.
  • Provide direct instruction, coaching and supervision of participants.
  • Attend and actively participate in branch initiatives, outreach, trainings, and staff meetings as assigned.
  • Effectively communicate with participants, parents and members.
  • Identify opportunities for program improvement and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
  • Monitor and assess participant progress; maintain accurate records related to program activities and outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be flexible and able to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multi-lingual skills.
  • Experience working with children, youth, and families.
  • Youth programming, coaching, or instruction field.
  • One-year experience in related program field.
