If you answered yes, this is your chance to make a lasting impact!

What Will You Be Doing?

As a People Advisor, you will work closely with managers across all services, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, offering practical, proportionate and people‑centred guidance that supports consistent People & Culture practice and reinforces our organisational values.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: You’ll lead the full recruitment and onboarding experience, designing a smooth, human‑centred candidate journey from first contact to offer. This includes managing fair and values‑led processes, coordinating confident onboarding experiences, overseeing all safeguarding and right‑to‑work checks, and ensuring new starters have the correct systems, access and information from day one.

  • Employer Branding: You’ll capture people‑focused stories, create bold and engaging job adverts, design targeted attraction campaigns, and shape the tone and feel of the candidate journey.

  • Data Insight: You’ll use data insight to refine sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pipelines.

  • Early Careers: You’ll lead and improve our early‑careers offer, from work‑experience placements to apprenticeships and graduate pathways. You’ll build relationships with colleges and universities, support early‑career staff through development opportunities, and explore new ways of bringing emerging talent into the organisation.

  • Management Guidance and Support: You’ll provide everyday support to managers, helping them navigate people matters confidently and consistently. You’ll guide leaders in applying policy fairly, support low‑complexity casework, embed values and culture, maintain clear documentation, and use people data to identify trends and opportunities. You’ll champion inclusive practice, strengthen People & Culture processes, and collaborate closely with the wider People Team.
