What Will You Be Doing?

As an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner, you will be a vital part of our team, learning and growing your practice while contributing to an enriching experience for our children. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Creating a Safe & Stimulating Space: Providing a consistently safe and caring educational environment, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Delivering EYFS Excellence: Learning to deliver a play-based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that encourages individual progress.
  • Nurturing Development: Planning activities that help children meet early learning outcomes and celebrating their progress.
  • Building Partnerships: Liaising positively with parents and carers to share updates on their child’s development.
  • Upholding Best Practice: Adhering to all Nursery policies and safeguarding requirements to exceed Ofsted standards.
