As a Data Quality Manager, you will be a vital part of our team, acting as the primary architect and guardian of our information assets to drive strategic decision-making, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and execution of our data management strategy and information governance policies.
  • Ensuring data integrity to satisfy standards set by the Regulator for Social Housing (RSH) and supporting data privacy compliance.
  • Facilitating data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of all information within the organisation.
  • Driving AI transformation and innovation initiatives, including assessing risks and implementing predictive tools to improve internal processes.

What Skills and Experience Do You Need?

To be successful in this dynamic and rewarding role, it is essential that you have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence with a strong grasp of data privacy laws and governance frameworks.
