Are you passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated Personal Development Coach to join our current team, to inspire and support individuals on their journey to success.
The role supports customers in managing their accommodation, engaging in training, using their time productively, and rebuilding positive networks and relationships. By providing guidance and encouragement, you will help individuals unlock their full potential and create a brighter future.
An ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in coaching and supporting customers
- Experience of working with young people from diverse backgrounds
- Experience of providing information advice and guidance services to vulnerable young people
- Knowledge of motivational techniques, housing issues and welfare and benefit systems
- Ability to work as part of a team in achieving team objectives and Key Performance Indicator targets
- Ability to build strong professional relationships
