YMCA Norfolk is seeking a Senior Youth Worker to lead and deliver youth work across commissioned youth clubs in Norwich and across the county. You will head a team of sessional workers, champion youth participation and ensure programmes are inclusive, engaging and high quality.
In this permanent, full-time role you’ll develop sessions across up to four evenings, foster volunteering and peer mentoring, and act as safeguarding lead for the clubs you manage, while driving attendance and partnership
