Position: Nursery Room Lead (Maternity Cover)

Pay: £14.96 per hour (£29,560.96 per annum)

Location: Muddy Puddles Nursery, Norwich

Contract Type: Fixed Term for 1 year

Hours per week: 38 hours per week

Your Role:

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years care and education, ensuring children are supported in a safe, nurturing and engaging environment. You will lead and inspire a team of practitioners, oversee the planning and delivery of activities in line with the EYFS framework, and help maintain excellent standards of practice across the nursery. Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you will also support staff development, build positive relationships with families, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.
