What your week may look like
You will be responsible for the effective operational management of our Homeless Temporary Accommodation Services and contract management. You will line manage the Service Managers at allocated sites and provide day to day support, management, and leadership within the organisation. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring high-quality services are delivered, which meet KPIs and standards, so audits, checks and balances will be part of your week. You will be reporting to the Director of Homeless Services. You will spend time with the people we support and our frontline teams providing visible and effective leadership.

- Knowledge of mental health policy and Mental Health Act/Mental Capacity Act
