YMCA Heart of England has an exciting new opportunity for a Bank Concierge to join our team based in Aston/Northfield, Birmingham. The successful candidate will join us on a casual contract and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £12.24 per hour.

At YMCA Heart of England, we have over 100 employees working across multiple sites in Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry and Warwickshire, all committed to delivering our mission. We inspire young people to discover their potential so that they can live life in all its fullness. We provide accommodation for more than 340 young people, many of whom have experienced homelessness, and support them to get their lives back on track. We also run a children’s nursery, deliver youth work in areas of high need, manage two community centres with conferencing facilities and offer a range of business-to-business training, creating employment opportunities and supporting our charitable work.

Our concierges are involved in the delivery of a customer-focused housing management service to our tenants within a safe and secure environment. The ability to work under pressure and deal with situations calmly and competently is essential. Experience working with disadvantaged/vulnerable people and knowledge of the issues they face is required. A thorough understanding of Safeguarding and Professional Boundaries will be an asset to the successful candidate.
