We are looking to appoint a dynamic individual to join our Children, Young People and Families team to deliver whole family work and one-to-one work with children, young people and parents in a variety of settings including family homes, schools, youth and community settings. Keyworkers will support families to achieve the following outcomes:

  • Getting a good education
  • Good early years development
  • Improved mental and physical health
  • Promoting recovery and reducing harm from substance use
  • Improved family relationships
  • Children safe from abuse and exploitation
  • Crime prevention and tackling crime
  • Safe from domestic abuse
  • Secure housing
  • Financial stability

About you

Are you inspired by playing an important role in changing people’s lives? Do you have experience of working to holistically address identified needs of children/young people aged 0-19 in paid or voluntary capacity and a minimum L3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent?

Full and part time hours will be considered with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
