YMCA Fairthorne Group in Southampton is seeking a part-time Youth Engagement Worker to develop and deliver engaging programmes for young people aged 18 to 25 in accommodation and community settings. You will build confidence, skills and independence through one-to-one and group work, fostering trusted relationships.
You will support goals, participate in safeguarding and risk planning, and collaborate with partners to create education, employment and volunteering opportunities.
