YMCA Basingstoke, part of YMCA Fairthorne Group, is seeking a Youth Engagement Worker to develop and deliver engaging activities and support that help young people build confidence and move towards independent lives.
You will work one-to-one and in groups, identifying goals, supporting progression and liaising with external partners to provide holistic support. A values-driven role focused on wellbeing, education, employment and community involvement.
