YMCA Fairthorne Group is seeking a dedicated 1:1 carer to support a child with special needs within group activities. You will ensure the child can engage with nondisabled peers, participate in activities on offer, and receive encouragement, patience, and a safe, caring presence throughout the day.
The role requires a minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification, experience in 1:1 care for children with disabilities, strong safeguarding knowledge, and skills in behavioural management.
