YMCA Essex in Chelmsford is seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager / SENDCO / Room Leader to lead the early years team. You will support the Nursery Manager with daily operations, provide positive leadership, promote high standards of care and education, and help ensure children are safe, included and supported to reach their full potential.
