We are looking for a friendly and organised Casual Reception & Administrator Assistant to join our team in High Wycombe. This role is responsible for providing efficient and high-quality reception and administrative support within the housing provision in High Wycombe.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and the public, either in person or over the phone.
  • Deliver a welcoming, professional, and informative service, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the building/site during your shift.
  • Provide good quality, efficient and effective administrative support to the Housing Team.
  • Deal with complaints/problems and/or queries in a sensitive manner and refer to appropriate manager/department.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are delivered at all times.

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook and IT literate to use other systems.
  • Knowledge, skills and experience in providing administration service.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability/Willingness to work on a shift/rota basis which will include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
