You will be the first point of contact for supporters, handling enquiries by phone, email and post with warmth and professionalism.
You will process regular giving requests, manage changes to payment schedules and donations, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
You will also keep the fundraising CRM up to date and assist the team with income-processing tasks, enabling young people
