You'll be the first point of contact for our supporters – responding to enquiries by phone, email and post with warmth and professionalism.

You'll process regular giving requests, including changes to payment schedules, donation amounts and cancellations, ensuring everything is actioned accurately and on time.

You'll also help keep our fundraising CRM up to date, supporting the wider team with administrative and income-processing tasks.

Experience in a charity or fundraising environment, processing Direct Debits, or using a CRM (ideally Raiser's Edge NXT) would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

If you're organised, personable, and want your work to genuinely support young people across the country, we'd love to hear from you.
