The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.

Job Purpose:

This post is to provide cleaning services to an agreed specification. This will include changeovers of the residential accommodation, cleaning of public areas, floors, walls (up to 2m in height), fixtures & fittings. Some laundry duties will also be included.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out cleaning tasks with minimal supervision in accordance with cleaning specification
  • Immediately report defects or problems to the Manager
  • Comply with company health and safety policy including regulations in the safe handling and storage of cleaning materials (training will be given)
  • Communicate between shifts to ensure customers receive the best possible service
  • Liaise with customers and ensure matters are followed up
  • Undertake training and professional development

Qualifications And Experience:

  • NVQ Level 2 in related subject, or relevant experience and willingness to train
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety
