Are you an experienced retailer? Do you want to support and deputise for a Store Manager in a Charity setting, raising money to help change young people’s lives? You will work alongside paid staff and volunteers, at the heart of your local community to raise money for YMCA England & Wales. If this excites you, we have a fantastic opportunity in our store.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the store’s success; be highly organised with experience of merchandising, stock rotation and delivering excellent customer service.
• Work effectively to maximise income for the shop and promote the work of YMCA within the local community.
• Deputise for the Store Manager when needed and operate in an environment that presents challenge and meaning.
