We are recruiting for an Accommodation Maintenance Operative to join our Housing Team. The role involves carrying out practical room turnaround, refurbishment and minor repair work at Hillbrook House, ensuring vacant rooms are made safe, clean, presentable and ready for reoccupation in a timely and efficient manner. We are looking for someone who can help reduce room downtime, improve accommodation standards and support occupancy by ensuring rooms meet YMCA East Surrey’s agreed standard before handover. The successful candidate must have relevant trade, property maintenance, decorating or refurbishment training, or equivalent experience. For this role, we also welcome applications from self-employed candidates for consideration.
