We are recruiting for Evening Building Receptionist at Sovereign Centre within the Children and Young People – Disability Service, who could undertake a range of tasks to ensure the safe and smooth running of activities at our busy centre.
You will be responsible for opening and closing the building, carrying out a range of building support and administrative tasks, including ordering equipment and undertaking food safety checks. You will also provide reception cover, welcoming visitors and responding to general enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
The candidates should have a basic knowledge of safeguarding for children and adults and hold a First Aid qualification or be willing to complete First Aid training.
We are looking for someone with a strong customer service ethos, the ability to work on their own initiative, and a proactive, positive, and energetic approach to their work. A 'can-do' attitude and excellent people skills are essential.
