Overview
We are seeking experienced practitioners qualified to Level 3 in childcare or a related field, passionate about working with families to help them achieve positive outcomes.
Job Purpose
Provide focused 1-1 and group family support for families with children and young people aged 0-19 years old (up to 25 for young adults with additional needs). Support may be delivered at the Family Centre, in the community, or in families\’ homes. The role involves working as a lone worker to support families in line with the Family Support Specification, aiming to enable children and families to improve outcomes.

- Hours of work: 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
- Salary: £26,780 – £29,974
- Location: Reigate & Banstead Family Centre / Epsom Down Family Centre
- Annual leave: Five weeks plus bank holidays, increasing after two years’ service to a maximum of six weeks after six years’ service (pro-rata for part-time)
- Benefits: Free gym membership, free parking, Bike to Work Scheme, Pension Scheme (details on request)
