General Overview:
To assist with the management team on shift, ensuring great customer service and providing a high standard of motivation and role model for our team of apprentice staff.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth running of the breakfast, food, conference and bar as well as the day to day operation.
- Support managers and team ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Provide a high standard of motivation and be a superb role model for our team of apprentices.
- Ensure high standards are achieved and internal operations are performed in an effective and efficient manner.
- Meet, greet and register guests, and provide continuous outstanding guest service during their stay.
- Make and modify reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Multi-task as hotel operator and carry out concierge duties.
- Maintain a positive and upbeat persona with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
- Ability to multi-task and remain detail-oriented at all times.
Skills & Experience:
- Confident individual who is committed to providing opportunity to vulnerable young people.
- Team player and also able to work on own initiative.
- Self-motivated and flexible.
- Ability to provide emotional and social support whilst promoting learning and respect.

Education/Qualifications:
- Relevant Level 2 qualification or relevant proven experience.
- Excellent standard of written and verbal English.
- Personal licence or willingness to undergo training.
