Early Years Practitioner Level 2

YMCA Dulverton Group is looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to support children aged 0-5 years.

General Overview

  • Provide opportunities for children to learn through play experiences that are cohesive with EYFS and utilising the outdoors.
  • Provide a secure and stimulating environment where children can develop emotionally, intellectually, morally, physically, spiritually and socially at their own pace.
  • Maintain the safety, security and wellbeing of the children in our care.
  • Undertake work positively as part of the team, contributing ideas and listening to feedback to guide development of our practice and care.

  • Understanding that each child is different and respect and provide best experience to service users.
  • Experience working with children under 5 years of age.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills and the ability to maintain clear records.
