YMCA Downs Link Group is seeking a compassionate Supported Housing Support Worker to join our Guildford Foyer team.
The role involves working 37.5 hours per week on a seven‑day rolling rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, supporting up to 33 young people aged 16–25 in 24‑hour accommodation.
You will provide trauma‑informed and safeguarding‑driven support, focusing on independence, life skills, budgeting and securing positive outcomes alongside residents.
