YMCA DownsLink Group is seeking Bank Support Workers to join our expanding team. You will work alongside experienced staff to provide practical and emotional support to residents in our 16+ OL YP, Care Leavers, and UASC services across Sussex and Surrey.
Shifts include day, evening, waking night, weekend and bank holidays, with advance or short-notice bookings. A trauma-informed approach guides our support and signposting.
