YMCA DownsLink Group in Brighton & Hove is seeking a qualified and experienced Counsellor to join the Children and Young People (CYP) Wellbeing Service. You will provide assessments, counselling (face‑to‑face and online) and group work for children and young people aged 8–24 from Black, mixed heritage and Global Majority backgrounds.
You will support equitable access, triage referrals, and collaborate across the CYP service to strengthen partnerships with Global Majority‑led organisations.
