We are seeking a self-motivated team player with a flexible mindset, ready to adapt to new challenges to join our small but perfectly formed team in Cullompton. As a Young Persons Engagement Lead you'll excel in maintaining precise records of support for a dedicated case load, offering guidance on all facets of independent living. Additionally, you'll oversee individual rent accounts, supporting residents in budgeting to ensure the sustainability of successful tenancies. Whilst there are systems in place to support you, a substantial part of the role includes the ability to lone work. Therefore, we require someone competent and confident when working alone and somebody who is able to understand and work with complex and sometimes challenging behaviours, appropriately.
