YMCA Dulverton Group are looking for someone to assist with the management team on shift whilst ensuring great customer service. You will be a motivated individual with the ability to work well as a team to provide a high standard service. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside an excellent attendance and punctuality record. We are looking for someone with some experience in hospitality or a customer facing role, or the willingness to learn and undergo training.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests and customers whilst also providing outstanding guest services throughout their stay.
  • Multi-tasking as a hotel operator.
  • Carrying out concierge duties.
  • Supporting the front of house and housekeeping teams.
