YMCA Dulverton Group are actively seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated Community Youth Engagement Worker to join our Youth & Community team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing opportunities for young people while strengthening connections between schools, community organisations and supporting activities from our youth provisions.
Additionally, you will support the youth team to provide weekly activities at our sessions that both encourage and empower young people to learn new life skills and support them to become an active member of their community. You will collect clear, accurate and relevant data from all our work to inform evaluation and planning and capture the value and impact of the work we do.
