Are you an experienced housing professional with the skills to lead a team and a commitment to delivering high‑quality services for young people? We’re looking for a Housing Operations Manager to join us on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis, helping to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of our supported housing service for young people in North Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an established, well‑run service and bring your positivity, expertise and practical leadership. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards, supporting team performance and ensuring our compliance and safety responsibilities continue to be met.
