YMCA Dulverton Group are looking for someone to join the team as a hospitality apprentice. You will be a motivated individual with the willingness to work well as a team and motivated to provide a high standard service. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal alongside having an excellent attendance and punctuality record. You will gain valuable experience within the hospitality industry, with the passion for learning and developing in all aspects of hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and registering guests whilst also providing outstanding guest services throughout their stay.
- Trained on how to make and modify reservations accurately and efficiently on the appropriate systems.
- Multi-task as a hotel operator and carry out concierge duties.
