About the Role
We're looking for friendly, hardworking people to join our team. You'll play a vital role across a range of areas — from welcoming guests at reception to keeping our spaces clean, comfortable, and ready for whatever the day brings. No two days will be exactly the same, and that's what makes this role so varied and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Café & Hospitality
- Serve customers to a high standard, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, operating the till and handling cash transactions
- Prepare and serve food and beverages as required
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
- Reception
- Welcome guests on arrival and assist with check-in and check-out
- Answer telephone and email enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle basic administrative tasks and relay information accurately to the wider team
- Be a point of contact for guests during their stay, responding to requests and queries
- Conferencing & Events
- Set up and clear down meeting and conference rooms according to booking requirements
- Ensure rooms are clean, well-presented, and fully equipped before each session
- Support guests and delegates during events, including refreshment service
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of back-to-back bookings
- General
- Work flexibly across departments and, on occasion, other sites when required
- Support managers and the wider team with day-to-day operations
- Work collaboratively to keep service running smoothly at all times
