YMCA Dulverton Group are looking for someone who possesses a nurturing personality,a strong work ethic,and, a genuine passion for Early Years Education.
Each of our nurseries and preschools are designed to meet the needs of each child. We have a play-based curriculum which focuses upon being outdoors, giving children limitless possibilities to explore and learn whilst having fun.
In this role, you\’ll collaborate closely with your team members to curate engaging activities that inspire creativity in the children under your care. You will have the flexibility to adapt your approach to suit the needs of each child, possess compassion and empathy, and,demonstrate commitment to the safety and well-being of children. Candidates should hold a Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education and be enthusiastic about seizing opportunities for professional growth and development.
