This is a rare opportunity to undertake a full and relevant, outdoor-based Early Years Apprenticeship. You will gain experience in Early Years Outdoor play and Bushcraft, learn to design and adapt outdoor environments to meet all children's needs, lead safe and meaningful outdoor experiences in line with curriculum and development goals, and create inclusive, engaging spaces that enable active learning.
Each of our nurseries is designed to meet the needs of each child. We have a play-based curriculum which focuses upon being outdoors, giving children limitless possibilities to explore and learn whilst having fun. You will work collaboratively with other members of your teams to engage children in stimulating activities to foster their creativity.
You will have the flexibility to adapt your approach to suit the needs of each child, possess compassion and empathy, and demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to the safety and well-being of the children. This apprenticeship role means we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and partake in professional development opportunities to enhance both their skills and knowledge.
