The predicted salary is between 27185 - 27185 £ per year.
This role supports young carers in Somerset and helps drive meaningful change by ensuring they can access the services they deserve. We require someone competent and confident working alone, who can understand and work with complex and challenging behaviours. All appointments are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and require two suitable references.
