YMCA Dulverton Group is in search of a passionate individual to join the Blake RSI Housing team as a Housing Support Enabler - Move on. This pivotal role centres on engaging with residents, employing an asset-based approach to actively foster positive development.

As a Housing Support Enabler, you'll excel in maintaining precise records of support for a dedicated case load, offering guidance on all facets of independent living. Additionally, you'll oversee individual rent accounts, supporting residents in budgeting to ensure the sustainability of successful tenancies. Whilst there are systems in place to support you, a substantial part of the role includes the ability to lone work. Therefore, we require someone competent and confident when working alone and somebody who is able to understand and work with complex and challenging behaviours, appropriately.
