The Old Potting Shed Nursery, near Blagdon, is seeking a Deputy Manager for maternity cover to join YMCA Dulverton Group’s leadership team.
You will lead with confidence, support staff, and champion high standards of child-centred care across the site.
Work with the management team on the seed-to-grow project and early years catering hub, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safeguarding.
DBS check and two references are required.
