Practical Work Skills Tutor

We are looking for a practical work skills tutor with a skillset in green skills, digital skills or construction to support our young people working towards qualifications. No previous teaching experience is required; professional development will be provided to the right candidate.

This fast‑paced role gives an individual the chance to make a real impact by building effective relationships with our customers, working towards sales KPIs and maximising our brand recognition.

Qualifications

  • Committed to obtaining or already holding a CET (or equivalent)
  • CE certificate or commitment to work towards one
  • GCSE Maths and English at level 4 or above (or equivalent)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and databases)
  • TAQA level 3 qualification or commitment to work towards it
  • Relevant up‑to‑date qualification or industrial experience in horticulture, land management, digital skills & IT, or construction/mechanics
  • Previous experience working with young people
  • Valid driving licence and own car for traveling to multiple sites
  • Disability Confident—an invitation to interview for all applicants who meet the minimum criteria

Salary

£25,918 – £26,518 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
