Childcare and Early Years Tutor
Based: Key College, Derby
Salary: £25,918-£26,518 Pro Rata (depending on experience)
Hours: 17.5hrs per week

Do you have a passion for Childcare and Early Years, and do you have experience working within this sector? If so, we are looking for an Early Years and Childcare tutor to support our young people working towards qualifications within this sector up to level 2. No previous teaching experience is essential, with opportunities for professional development for the right candidate. If you have a passion for working with young people within the Early Years sector, we want to hear from you.

This dynamic role offers the chance to make a significant impact. It will be sales-focused, working towards KPIs, building effective relationships with customers, and enhancing our brand recognition.

Ideal candidates will have:

  1. AET or equivalent qualification, or willingness to work towards it
  2. Experience in the childcare or early years sector
  3. GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 (C) or above
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), databases, and Outlook
  5. D32/33, A1, or TAQA 3 qualification, or commitment to achieve within 6 months
  6. Relevant up-to-date qualification or industrial experience
  7. A valid driving license and own transport, as travel across sites will be required
